Hi everyone
Sorry for the delay but I was waiting for a few playoff game times to be decided
Good luck to everyone in the playoffs if you qualify! I know that the U13 and U14 girls are playing playoffs this wekend. The U19 girls will be playing Tuesday. Everyone else, good luck as well!

Teams may split their outdoor team into 2 teams IF Home space permits. Preference goes to older teams for split squads.
Coaches alternate supervision of gym..more details as we approach indoor season.
General Information for your consideration:
LEAGUE FEE= $150.00 per/team.
Ref Fees = $30.00 per/game, which is $15.00 per/team/per/game
GAMES BEGIN Monday January 2, 2012
GAME DAYS: HOME = Sundays
AWAY= Weeknights 5:30 or later (older teams may begin as late as 9:30pm)
Saturdays and Sundays (as early as 8:00am, as late as 9:30pm)

Weekly update
1) Rosters are locked as you know
2) All-star letters/emails/calls should be coming to you this week if they didn't already come to you. # of players is contingent upon your age group director and if teh game is combined with other ages. Usually, 2-4 players with the team who's coach is actually coaching the game bringing an extra for goaltender. Names due by Thursday to your director or the person they designate
3) Anyone who plans on playing indoor for Philadelphia Department of Parks and Recreation please let me know with a quick yes or no as soon as possible
U8-U16. Last year the fee was $150..subject to increase but I'll find out in a week or 2. Home games are always Sundays in our gym. Away games can be any days any times with limited to no ability to change times.
Steve/Fernando..our 2 U19 teams are different so I'll send you and Fernando a separate email
4) Remember to report scores as your director indicated with 24 hours of a win or home team tie

REMINDERS:
1) Got Soccer is now "un-locked". You may add players if needed. Recall the add dates are 9/15 and 9/22. Procedures for printing updated rosters will be forwarded
If you add any players, let me know so I can assign ID #'s.
2) Lineup sheets are not currently available. There are 2 options attached..one I made and one ICSL made that Joe sent out last night.
Lonnie Cohen, PDoPR DIRECTOR stated in a recent email that "a lineup sheet will be posted on the website but for this weekend's games, submit a copy of your stamped roster".
You can try to use these lineup forms if you want or wait for further details and use the roster. Have a stamped copy of your roster on hand just in case in case the official will only take that

DATES TO KNOW and process to register:
On Tuesday 8/23 = the Got Soccer system locks. NO changes to player or coach information can happen at this time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS ACCURATE!
If you notice that ID #'s are missing, EMAIL or CALL me so I can assign.
After the system locks, coaches/managers can print rosters and passes. In your packets are forms to print passes on.
Take the printed rosters, printed passes, and proof of age to one of the following team registration nights

REMINDER:
Please check your team pages to see if your assistant coaches are listed. I've added most of them minus coaches who still need to complete their background checks. If they are not listed, try to add them by using the drop down menu.
If they DO NOT appear on the coach tab under 1st, 2nd assistant, please email or call me and I'll double check the director's page. If their background check is completed, I will add them for you. Coaches who do not have completed background checks will NOT be assigned a coaching pass and technically, can not coach.
