The EPYSA Youth Academy is for 11, 12, and 13 year old players both girls and
boys. This camp is being offered at EPYSA Resident Camp at Immaculata
University from July 27-31. The Youth Academy offers an intense and focused
week of training for players determined to improve their game and learn about
what it takes to be the best. Our experienced Coaching staff, primarily U13 and
U14 ODP Staff Coaches, will conduct a training curriculum modeled after the US
Youth National Teams, with an emphasis on technical training, individual and
small group concepts, as well as getting to play as a team.
Training will consist of competitive, 'high energy' sessions putting players
under pressure to make good decisions. In addition to the training, we will
introduce mental concepts for the youth player as well as educational sessions
on fitness, nutrtion, ODP, college and National Team programs.
